✅ 30-Day Product Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all BelleVie items for manufacturing defects only.

If you discover a genuine quality issue within 30 days of delivery, please contact us with clear supporting images of the defect, and we will assess your claim for a replacement or refund.

⚠ Important:
Any quality claim without clear product images or without a valid reason will be automatically denied.

❗ This Guarantee Does Not Cover

Wear and tear from normal use
Damage caused by incorrect use, washing, or care
Change of mind
Sizing or fit issues
Items used, worn, or tried on
Claims submitted without photographic evidence

🔄 Returns Policy (UK Only)

Returns are only available for customers within the United Kingdom.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to protect all customers and maintain the hygiene standards of our maternity products.

✔ Cooling-Off Period

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.

✔ Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if items are:

Unopened, unused, unworn, and in original sealed packaging
In resalable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Submitted with a clear and valid reason for return

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or unsealed items (for hygiene reasons)
Maternity wear, support bands, or pillows that have been tried on or used
Items returned without prior authorization
Return requests submitted without images for quality issues
Return requests without a clear reason
International orders (returns are UK-only)

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
BelleVie London is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Items that do not meet return conditions may be refused or partially refunded
