At BelleVie London, we design maternity essentials with care to support you through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum life. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make our returns process clear, fair, and simple.

30-Day Product Guarantee

We offer a 30-day product guarantee for genuine manufacturing defects.

If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear images showing the defect. Once received, our team will review your claim and, where approved, offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

What the Product Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our product guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect use, washing, or care
  • Change of mind
  • Sizing or fit issues
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Claims submitted without clear photographic evidence
  • Claims submitted without a valid reason

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return conditions below.

For hygiene reasons, maternity bras, support bands, underwear, and other intimate maternity products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Unopened, unused, unworn, and in original sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Submitted through our official Return Portal
  • Approved by our team before being sent back

Items sent back without approval through our Return Portal may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please visit the Return Portal on our website and submit your return request.

You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear images, if the return is related to a quality issue or defect

Once your return request is reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is approved and provide the next steps.

Important: Add Return Tracking

After your approved return has been dispatched, you must upload or provide the return tracking number through our Return Portal.

Please use a tracked shipping service.

If tracking is not provided, and the return parcel is delayed, lost, or not received by us, we may be unable to process your refund. BelleVie London is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit when valid tracking has not been provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed items
  • Items that have been worn, tried on, washed, or used
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items not returned through our Return Portal
  • Items returned without valid tracking information
  • Items damaged due to incorrect use, washing, or care
  • Return requests submitted after the return window has passed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been issued, we are unable to cancel the order. You may still request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.
