✅ 30-Day Product Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all BelleVie items for manufacturing defects. If you discover a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

❗ This guarantee does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage due to incorrect use, washing, or care
  • Change of mind or sizing issues

🔄 Returns Policy

We understand sometimes you may need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to keep all customers safe and maintain the hygiene of our maternity products.

✔ Cooling-Off Period – You may request a return within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
✔ Returns are only accepted if items are:

  • Unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

❌ We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed items (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Maternity wear, support bands, or pillows that have been tried on or used
  • Items returned without prior authorization

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items not meeting the above conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

🛑 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships. Once tracking details are issued, cancellations are no longer possible.
