19. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used maternity products (belts, bands, pillows) are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are the customer’s responsibility.

We also provide a 30-day Product Guarantee against manufacturing defects. Contact us if your item is faulty within this period.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
