Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you updated.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom and Europe using trusted delivery partners.

Standard Tracked Shipping: £2.99
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, or unexpected events outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Where applicable, these charges may be calculated at checkout or requested by your local customs authority before delivery. BelleVie London is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
