When should I start wearing the support belt?

Most moms start using it during their second trimester (around 20 weeks) when the belly begins to grow and pressure increases — but you can wear it as early as you feel discomfort.

Can I wear this under tight clothing?

: Yes! The BelleVie™ belt is slim, discreet, and designed to be invisible under most outfits — including dresses and leggings.

Is it safe for the baby?

Absolutely. It’s made with non-restrictive, latex-free elastic that gently supports without applying pressure to your belly. Always consult your OB-GYN if unsure.

Will it help with back and pelvic pain?

Yes! The belt is designed to relieve strain on your lower back, hips, and pelvic joints by redistributing belly weight and supporting posture.

How do I clean it?

Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry flat. Do not tumble dry or iron.

What if it doesn’t fit me?

No worries — we offer easy size exchanges within 7 days. Just contact our support team and we’ll help you out!

This is my second pregnancy, baby is so low this time, I have constant pelvic and hip pain when I’m standing or walking around (when you have a 2 year old at home sitting isn’t always an option), I’m 29wks and 5’2, 183lbs for reference. I have been wanting to get a belly band to see if it helps with my pain and I wish I would have ordered this weeks ago. It’s truly given me instant relief. I was worried about the fit, I wear a large in clothing, and went with the XL band and I’m glad I did. I feel like it fits really well, and doesn’t feel constricting, I still have room to make it tighter if desired or less tight as my belly continues to grow. It’s very adjustable which is great and easy to put on. I don’t feel the need to wear it while sitting around but it’s not uncomfortable to sit with it on. I’d say wearing it over a t-shirt is the most comfortable in my opinion. Again wish I would have purchased sooner! I also enjoyed the fact that it was HSA/FSA card eligible.

I never write reviews, and there's already over 3000 steller reviews for this belt. So why bother?

Because you need to buy it.

No really. It's that good.

I'm 32 weeks into an averagely uncomfortable pregnancy thus far, but started having really bad back and pelvic pain the last couple of weeks. Getting up and down at work was getting hard to manage. Walking the dog hurt like hell. I waddled in pain everywhere I went.

I bought this, hoping it might help a little and didn't plan on wearing it all the time. BUT OMG GUYS. I wore it to work and while walking the dog a couple days, then went without it in the same situations (you know, for the sake of science). When I wear it, I can go an entire shift without my back seizing up, my pelvis feeling like a loose sack of glass shards, or waddling slowly in pain. I just feel normal. It helps far more than I anticipated. I walked my dog for HALF AN HOUR without pain, rather than two blocks. So. Excited.

Upsides, besides making you feel like your 20 week self again: 1) It's smoother under clothes than I anticipated, and I wear fitted maternity shirts. 2) Comfortable material - I wear over the belly pants but the back part is on my skin, hasn't rubbed or been a problem. 3) Doesn't slip - I wear it without the over-belly band and it stays in place.

Couple of downsides that just aren't a deal, but I'll mention anyway. 1) Have to take it off to pee. Which is often. I just take the back portion off and hike the belly band up to my boobs and do my business, then reassemble. Not too difficult. 2) I read the instructions and still don't understand the extra Velcro thing. But the band fits perfectly after measuring the way they say before ordering, so whatever. 3) Takes a bit of trial and error to get it positioned well the first time, but once you do, you won't even notice you're wearing it. Other than not being in pain, that is.

Tl;dr : If you're pregnant with back and/or pelvic pain, take your measurements and buy this.

It’s my third pregnancy, I started having really bad sciatic nerve pain since I entered my second trimester. It would be bad to the point where my whole leg would be in pain, something as simple as walking would hurt bad.

The moment I started using this band my symptoms have been relieved and I feel less pressure on my hips. I’m glad I got this belly support band. Would highly recommend it to anyone still pondering on whether to get one or not.

It’s easy to use( do recommend over a piece of clothing) and has really great support quality.
I’m at 27 weeks and I got a medium. It fits just right with enough room to stretch out still.

At 25 weeks pregnant, this belt saved my vacation hiking experience! I hiked about 3/4 of the Queen’s Garden Trail at Bryce Canyon wearing this belt and I can’t rave about it enough. It was not a hot day, but with the sun beating down it certainly felt like it. I wore a tank top under the belt and one of those lightweight spf shirts over it. The belt felt so lightweight and breathable, I barely noticed I was wearing it, even with the over-tummy strap (which I love). My knees, legs, and feet gave up about 3/4 of the way to the Queen Victoria hoodoo while my back and hips felt fantastic. Even after the uphill hike back to the main trail my back felt great. Again, my legs and of course the strain from hiking at around 9,000ft got to me before any back or hip pain did. I did have discomfort AFTER I took it off back in the parking lot, but having a lot of ligament pain and stretching discomfort leading up to this I’m not surprised. If I hadn’t been wearing this I’m certain I would have had to give up on the hike a lot sooner. Still need to rest it at Zion but I expect great things! I’m 5’-3” and at 144lbs - I got a large so I could grow into it, it fits fine and I still have extra length for the next 13 weeks or so.

I have really bad apron belly that can be seen shaking under my clothes. Which I can't stand because it draws attention and I don't even like to see it myself. It cam even be heard flapping against my thighs! Needless to say, I felt really self conscious about it. I took a star because I think this belt should be advertised for use in two different ways. The advertised way works, but is not visibly pleasing to me. I needed something to lift my apron belly without lumps, whether under or over my clothes. I found that turning the belt around and putting the back support on my belly does just that! And I'm pleased! Because I was going to send it back. I think there will be some scrunching underneath my belly, so I will have to see how that goes with all day wear. I have pics to try and show how I put it together and what it looks like under clothes this way. The thin belt on the inside can be pulled up or left down as extra support. Hope this helps anyone with my particular issue. Play around with it to see how/if it best serve you.

Every time I become pregnant I get sciatica. In my first pregnancy I never got a brace, but for this pregnancy I was recommended by my doctor to purchase one. I seen this one had good reviews and it wasn’t as expensive so I chose it. When I got it, it was super easy to put on, it keeps my back firm and helps to ease my sciatic pain. The quality is also good, it doesn’t feel cheap. I weigh 235lbs I got an XL. I’m also 6 months pregnant, however my tummy isn’t as big.
